What Causes Heavy-headedness And Dizziness?

I frequently have heavy headedness and dizziness. I also can t concentrate and don t feel like doing anything except lay down and sleep. What are some possibilities of what I have? My doctors don t seem to hear me when I explain the heavy headedness.
