What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding And Lack Of Appetite?

Hello, I need some help here. For the past 3 days, I have no appetite and therefore haven't been eating that much even though I am hungry. Additionally, I feel very warm even though my body temperature is low. Lastly, I am having my period now and it seems to be heavier than usual. For example,I will only need to use a tampon a day when I am having my period but this time, I will need to use around 3 of them in a day. May I know what illness am I having?
