What Causes Heavy Menstrual Cycle With Blood Clots?

I ve been on my period for the past two days and I ve noticed that the bleeding is a lot more than usual. Ive passed several blood clots and I m really scared. I also been suffering from a bad headache like someone is pressing right above my temples which is causing dizziness. Please help.
