What Causes Heavy Periods Along With Twitching And Nausea?

Hi aim a 50 yr old women.i have not had a period for 10 months but had. 8 day long heavy one last week.i have had a twitching feeling and nausea in my stomach along with a heavy chest.i am stressed out and can t eat much.please help.it feels like. Baby kicking but not pregnant.just blah feeling thanks
