What Causes Heavy Periods, Pelvic Pain And Loss Of Vaginal Elasticity?

I had a three year birth control put in. I had kept it in for two years while my life went spiraling down. I had terrible anxiety, bloating, tender uterus, discomfort of the bladder with urination, headaches, heavy periods, pelvic pain, back pain, severe dry skin, and loss of elasticity of the vagina, but no dryness. I drink only water and cant seem to find the reason for all of this.
