What Causes Heavy Periods,stomach Pain And Weight Gain?

hi i had a termination bout 3 months ago and bout 3 days after havin surgery my ex boyfriend throw me across the floor since than my periods have been really heavy where i ave had to change my pad very hour witch is not like my normal period and i keep getting this really strong pain in my womb area i have taken painkillers but they dont help also i lost alot of weight after having my termination and when i checked my weight around couple of weeks ago i was just over 6 and half stone and even thought im eating loads im still losing weight i checked my weight 2 day and i was bearly 6 stone was wondering if you could help me please as gettin concerned
