What Causes Heavy Sweating After Exercise Followed By Headache?

This is my problem; I live in Florida, and I go to the gym or running everyday, and yesterday I went running I came back very sweaty. I never sweat like that in my entire life. I looked like I just took a shower with my clothes on litterally! When I went home I drank water, then had a really bad headache.Three hours later I take two pills of excederin, and the headache went for a while. I couldn't sleep all night feeling like I was going to throw up, then I woke up with a fever... ))): I don't know if I am getting the flu again!!? And if not can I go to the beach
