What Causes Heavy Sweating,light Headedness,headaches And Fatigue?

I have experienced the following combined symptoms for the past 2 weeks : frequent heavy night-sweats, now happening during the day as well, light-headedness, occasional headaches (front of head & behind eyes), extreme fatigue. I am a 44-year old female, very fit & was recently tested by OBGYN (I am not menopausal). Do you have any idea what this could be?
