What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding During Ovulation?

Hello, I am during my ovulation abs started bleeding lightlu yesterday, but now im bleeding really heavily like I would on a period and have really bad pains , also I have a ball type lump where the g spot would normally be, I d be very grateful if someone could get back to me ASAP
