hi I an 55 years old I have some issues with my heart recently I started bleeding I do have fibroids I am concern cause I been menopausal for 2 years today I passed large masses of blood clots and flowed like a river 2hours then it stopped I don't want to wait long what should be my next step my gyn want to do a saline sono but because of the bleeding he wants to wait is there anything else I can do
