What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding With Chest Pain,headache And Back Pain?

Hi Healthcare Magic, I am 45 years old and I had no menstruation for five months. Last night I had started my period and the flow was pretty bad compared to what I usually have; I also have really bad chest pains, headache and back and leg pain; am I going through my "change" already?? I stared my period when I was only 9 years old.
