What Causes Herpes Like Symptoms Causing Pimples That Leave A Scar?

hi doctor..my sister in law is suffering frm herpis for the last 4 yrs..she had several treatments but none is affective..every month when the menstral cycle starts..a pimple like scar appears on her forehead n it disappear after the periods..during these 4-5 days she feels restless..doctors say that its herpis then why its not curing..plz suggest..
