What Causes High BP, Hypertension And Aneurysm In Basilar Artery?

i have had high blood pressure for years, doctors are always uping my mg. or changing my meds. after about 3 months, when the meds. quit working. i had an mri on brain a year ago, showed alot of hypertension. anurisms run in my family, they couldn t rule out an anurism on my basler audery so had a cta scan, was okay. should i be concerned ? My father & sister both had anurism s that burst.
