What Causes High BP, Itching And Blisters In A Bipolar Person?

My wife who is not able to properly articulate her thoughts in English language has been suffering from bipolar disorder for the past -15 years . Lately she has been experiencing frequent high blood pressure, combine with elevated body temperature, itching, and blistering ( the latter two of which we contribute to the major construction we have been doing throughout our home, which we think it may be the by product of chemo therapy which she was exposed to In connection with her Hepatritis C disease that she just become free of approximately 4 months ago, thanks to the newly discovered drugs, never mind that they may have temporarily destroyed he immune system . The moment she is exposed to dust she breaks out in blisters and continues itching and her blood pressure & body temperature begin to elevate.
We are totally confused as to the real cause of the problem, I have asked my wife to move in with our daughter to find out if it made any difference, and it has. for the past one week she has had none of the symptoms she was experiencing while she was at our home.
Can you possibly help to clarify this strange phenomenal for us. Thanking you in advance for your kind assistance
