What Causes High BPM Of Heart?

Hi,my daughter is 44 years old +has a constant high heartrate of 110-130 resting. she weighs 125lbs,does not drink or smoke.takes progesteron for endometriosis and had 4 collapsed lungs +1 lung surgery to attach the lung to side of her chestwall. has low IGA and takes bloodpressure Rx because of her kidneys because of this. cardiologist she saw was abrupt and asked what she wanted!!then he ordered a Holter test for 1 month,stresstest etc.i might add she looks healthy,so they think she is healthy. i wonder if this is the right Dr. for her.what should she do.she is a rehab counselor by profession.
