What Causes High BP,headache,blurred Vision And Knots At Back Of Head?

My husband is incarcerated and this week he has been back and forth to hospital like 7 times for these symptoms: headaches, blurred vision, high blood pressure, glucose level off, faintings, swollen head, face, jaws, 2 bigs knots on back of head that had to be drained.. And I can t get hospital or jail to tell me anything please help
