What Causes High BP,swollen Feet And Hands Thick Black Vaginal Discharge?

i am 36 years old i have had 5 pregnancies one c section 3 vaganals and 1 miscarrage (and not in that order) i have had hypertention with almost all my pregnancy (not the misscarrage one) and it has gone away after i had my baby but not with these last two (my second to the last child was 7 weeks eairly ,a premiee, 3lb 9 oz because of it and she was the c-section child the rest were vaginal) so i have been put on high blood pressure meds. well i was on the depo untill april and my last period was in april but all pregnancy test that i have taken has come up negitive includeing ones i have taken at the hospital. but my blood pressure has been going up and down and my feet and hands stay swollen and now i have this thick discharge that is clear and in one breast a blackish red thick blood type (thick like clostrum and like actual blood thickness and in the other brest it is a clear and white discharge like clostrum but i stopped brestfeeding like 5 months ago.but i have a appointment in july should i go back in eairlier?
