What Causes High D-dimer Levels When Suffering From Lupus?

Hi, I just got out of the hospital with passing out spells and dangerously high blood pressure. It was 269/144 the night I was admitted. I ve been told I have LUPUS and CREST Syndrome. My D-dimer blood level was 589 the night I was admitted, along with high ESR, CRP, LYMPH.they checked to make sure there wasn t a PE or DVT with the high D-Dimer. All other tests were negative. I m supposed to follow up with specialists. What can cause a high D-dimer, sed rate, CRP, and LYMPH, I m so worried! I m a 42 female with history of Lupus, CREST, AND MS.
