What Causes High MCV And MCH Levels?

I have slightly elevated MCV and MCH, also slightly low RDW, normal hemoglobin and hematocrit. Everything else is fine, neutrophils slightly on the lower side and slightly low alkaline phosphotase, B12 levels normal in blood. Any idea or differential diagnosis. Asymptomatic, 45 year old female.
