What Causes High Appetite And Loose Stools With Traces Of Blood In An Infant?

Hi My one month old is borderline premature.but now all wants d whole day is to be fed.he passes stool 17 times in 24hrs with a little bit of blood.also he has excess saliva.he cannot be pacified without feed wen he is awake.what do i do? Am very worried
