What Causes High Bilirubin And Cholesterol Levels?

Hi, Just had a routine blood test, mainly to check my thyroid function as I have hypothyroidism. Thyroid is fine but I have a bilirubin level of 21, didn't notice this until after I left the doctors and he didn't mention it at all. I had my gallbladder out a year ago, could this be causing the raised level and is it anything to be concerned about? The only other area of slight concern is raised cholesterol. I am a 46 year old female who doesn't smoke or drink.
