What Causes High Blood Pressure After Taking Arginine For Erectile Dysfunction?

I take 25 mg coreg,when I took arginine 6000 mg a day to treat erectile dysfunction (1 am 62),yesterday,I thought I was having an heart attack around noon,I carry baby aspirin and nitroglycerin tablets with me,I took them immediately,and I had a relief afterwards,today,I did not take any arginine and only took 12.5 mg coreg,my blood pressure was 118 to 60 and hearth rate 53 around 3.15 pm,do you think arginine caused this?before,I was only taking 6.25 mg coreg,the increase to 25 mg with 6000 mg arginine was going to be deadly,what should I do?
