What Causes High Blood Pressure?

my blood measured 203/104... my doctor said that is a little high. (Really? I would say really high). She wants me to come back tomorrow and have it tested again. But I have little faith in her as she has missed the mark on other issues. Should i be worried about my bp tonight?
