What Causes High Blood Sugar, Headaches With Head Tingling?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I am taken 33 different kinds of Rx and insulin for blood pressure diebeties, chol. etc. They do blood work about every 3 months. I never get results. I take 260 units of insulin a day. still my blood sugar still high. I have a lot of headaches and tingling on right side of head, Drs tell me it s due to my kidneys. I need so medical advise. thank you.
