What Causes High Body Temperature After Taking Deviry?

i took devery 10 for my periods problem on doctor s recommendation. Yesterday i completed its course of 10 days( daily 2 ). And from the last 5 days I am having high body temperature and feeling uneasy. And still now my periods have not come. Please tell me if there is any side effects of this medicine.
