What Causes High Body Temperature And Excessive Sweating?

I am a 43 year old male and I am generally hot ALL the time even in the cold weather! If I move or exert myself in any way I sweat quite a lot all over my body I even sweat after I take a cold shower! I had tests done to see if I had a thyroid problem but the test was normal!
