What Causes High Eosinophil Count And Weight Gain?

Well I m female age 34.. My blood test shows eosinophil count 8 which is higher than normal range that is 1-6,,,plz tell m what does it suggest...I did my thyroid.colestrol test too..coz my weight is increasing as I m 5 _7 in night and weight is 85,,,plz suggest the relevant problem as my remains blood and cholesterol is normal
