What Causes High Fever Along With Muscle Aches And Green Coloured Diarrhoea?

We came back from Bali about ten days ago, and now i have high fevers of 101-102F, varying as the day goes on (higher until evening when they drop) I have had fevers for 5 days now and am 17 so it s not normal. I have been tested for dengue fever and it came up negative. Muscle aches, and green diarrhea are main symptoms besides high fever and generally feeling unwell (pressure behind the eyes from headache). The doctors are confused because i show symptoms of bacterial infection and my white blood cell count is low. My liver enzyme test also showed strange results. I suspect i may have typhoid fever, but they are testing me for glandular fever and i don t even have half of the symptoms of the disease. Please help!
