What Causes High Fever, Throat Pain And Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck?

I have been sick stopped up nose, high fever 103.0 degrees no coughing for 3 days yesterday I felt something in my throat. I easily got it up and it was a lot of blood. Today same thing. I m only 30 years old now today my gums are so swollen I couldn t even eat toast. My throat hurts and my lymph nodes in my neck are swollen and painful also. What could this be
