What Causes High Pitched Nasal Sound Post Sinus Surgery?

three months ago I had sinus surgery and everything seemed fine a month after the surgery but now I have this sound in my nose like a high pitched sound when I breath. When I did the sinus irrigation a big hard glob of green snot came out. Should I be concerned and see my ent.
