What Causes High Prolactin Levels In Blood?

I have been diagnose with a high prolactin and my doctor told me that I should be seeing a difference within two weeks and I did and then last night I started to bleed again. My gyn told me that I have clean bill of health no stds a normal pap smear what is wrong with me!!
