What Causes High Pulse Rate Despite Having Cardio Conversion For Atrial Fibrillation?

I ve had cardio conversion twice in 2013 (fall) for atrial fib with abnormal heart rate. Just 3 wks ago Doc told me I m back in AF. I ve done well until the last few days when I didn t feel well and checked my BP and noticed the BP seems of with average 130/78 & Pulse in the upper 95-97 rate. I don t feel well. No actual chest pain. Should I be overly concerned?
