What Causes High Pulse Rate In A Child?

Hi my son checked his blood pressure on my monitor today and was 138/85 which I consider to be normal , however pulse rate was 143 is this cause for concern and should he see a doctor? he is 14 years old in good health would appreciate your reply thankyou
