What Causes High Pulse Reading After Getting Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection?
Today my husband had a lumbar epidural steroid injection and this evening he has a faster heart rate.
He maintains a pulse rate in the 50-60 per minute range, but felt his pulse bounding and sure enough it is in the eighties. We know this isn't too high, but he is very much aware of the higher rate. Is this normal following this procedure?
