What Causes High Temperature And Itching In The Eye Post Chicken Pox?

My daughter has got over chicken pox this is the third week and is back at school but last night she had a high temperature and complain of itchy eye ? She got sent home early from school today as had high temp again and now complaining once again about her eyes.
