What Causes Hip Pain And Pressure In Lower Abdomen Area?

Hi ima try to make this short I really need help! Im 23 years old weight 135 5 4 Ive been experiencing a pain in my left hip for about two months then about a week ago I started with pain in the other side and pressure in my lower abdomen. and now I have a pain in my coccyx can this be related to something in my kidneys?? Please help
