What Causes Hissing Sound In Head?

Hi, for the last 2 months i have had a hissing sound inside the back of my head about from the center over to my right ear. it was coming and going now it is staying. hi i am 50 years old, 5ft 3in tall. i have had anything from basil cell to mellonomia also. i have high cholesterall also
