What Causes Hoarse Voice Along With Soreness In Throat?

I am suffering with my throat, I very rarely get a sore throat/coughs but this time I think I have laryngitis, I keep losing my voice and it's hoarse, my throat is a bit sore too. On top of this both my ears seem blocked and my nose is sore too, I'm not sure these three are linked or I'm just an unlucky person! Any advice please?
