What Causes Hole In Throat Discharging White Liquid?

Hi Sir im 25 male my throat was operated when i was 8 years old there was a tunses like thing in my throat witch was got out by doctors but a small hole remain in my throat and from that time to now a lequide of white colour is coming out from that hole whenever i eat or drink any thing i want to know about this problem.
