What Causes Hole Like Structures In Armpits And Upper Thighs?

hey doctors . i have some hole like structures in my armpits and upper thigh they called it imflammation and moreover i have some dark small spot all over my body ..they told me to use quadriderm is it really inflammation ..please reply me i need help
