What Causes Hollow Empty Feel Of Stomach And Discomfort In Chest And Back?

Two nights ago i felt very strong feeling of empty pit in center of stomach, i figured i was hungry so i went and ate a bit..but ever since then i still continue with same emty pit feeling. Yesterday i also felt some discomfort . On lef limbs and chest and back..i feel a bit better today. But continue with stomach issue and feel a bit soar from upperback..i did go check blood pressure at a kiosk it came back great. I do have diabetes and am at the moment on my period...that by the way came very light flow than usual.what could it possably be?
