What Causes Honey Comb Like Rash On Legs And Abdomen?

Hey there. I am 46 year old female. Healthy, as far as I know. I started developing a red honeycomb pattern on my skin (it s outlined in red but centers of each comb are my regular flesh color. I noticed it first on the lower half of my back and thought it might be where I sleep on a heating pad at night for the stiffness from back surgery about 3 years ago. However, I think I ve ruled that out as the cause because this honeycomb pattern has spread to my legs and tummy. It seems like it s more prominent when I m cold. It doesn t itch, burn, hurt or anything. It s not very pretty to look at but is this something I should be concerned with as far as my health goes?
