What Causes Honeycomb Shaped Patterns On Right Calf Area?

For the last few days I ve noticed these honeycomb patterns appear on my right calf just above the knee to half way down the inner calf They appear like as if I just put something of a honeycomb shape on my leg and then took it off, just like that it disappears.
