What Causes Hormonal Imbalance Inspite Of Having Damaged Fallopian Tubes?

I had surgery about a week ago originally i went in for a salponectomy (sp ) and my dr went in and ended up not doing it because both my tubes are damaged he did clear out scar tissue but now i would say over the last 3 or 4 days I ve been very hormonal I ve already had my menstrual cycle i was just wondering if this was something to do with the surgery thanks
