What Causes Hot And Cold Flushes With Head Pain And Dizziness?

I have hot and cold flashes with shivering while I'm hot and sweating while I'm cold. My head hurts and I'm dizzy. My throught is killing me and I cough so hard my eyes water. Please tell me what I have. I am 14, I am 5feet tall, my weight is like 163.
