What Causes Hot And Tender Spot On Breast?

My left breast has a spot where it gets hot and tender. The pain is getting more intolerable all of the time. I can not feel a lump of any sort. The tissue is a little harder than normal, but I don't feel a bump. I have had horrible cramps (I don't have my period since I got the Mirena IUD put in.) For some reason I have had a horrible vaginal odor and can not get rid of it. I am irretable, all the time. I get constipated and then it seems like I get irritable bowel syndrome real quick like. :) I live two and a half hours from a doctor and I don't want to get checked out and have him think I am a hypochondriact or something. I am in my twenties and as far as I know, this usually is not a problem for someone my age.



My dad's mother and aunt both had breast cancer. There is no known cancer on my mother's side.
