What Causes Hot Feeling Along With Breathing Problem?

i have a problem that i feel hot every time my blood level is low and when i breathin then my mouth is always close and i breath mostly from nose i think that is my my inside temperature remain hot
due to this hotness my pee is yellow and i am not growthing physicaly
i feel weakness my eyesight is also weak
please tell me solution
