What Causes Hot Feeling In Whole Body?

Sir I m from India. I m 23 years old male.my problem is my body is always being hot specialy in my hand and foot palm even though i donot have fever from inside since last 1 month. I m also taking paracetamol and antibiotics but no sign of recovery found.
