What Causes Hot Flashes Along With Dizziness?

I have hot flahes dizzyness feel like I want to get sick they had me on a mechine in hospital when I have these fellings my heart rate went to 131 they can t tell me if its pre menopause or anxiety could you please help I m 44 had 3kids before I was 20yrs old never had a my female parts out thank you
