What Causes Hot Flashes Along With Red Rash On Face After Having Sugary Foods?

Thanks. I experience immediate warmth and red streak on right side of face when I eat sugar (cookies, chocolate in particular) I have always had normal blood sugars. This has happened since I was very young. I am 40. Also experience tingling at times. Currently just had massive flare.
